Pollo Asado is an iconic dish from the northern ranges of Mexico. It is traditionally made by grilling chicken that is first highly seasoned with a blend of dried chiles, garlic, and lime.
We have made authentic Pollo Asado more convenient than ever by capturing the essential flavors in this easy-to-use seasoning blend. It’s good and garlicky, with the full-flavored, but not too spicy, heat from dried New Mexico and smoked serrano chiles. There’s a bit of fruit from real granulated lime peel further mellowed out by a touch of turbinado sugar and a blend of other spices.
