This creamy vinaigrette is not your typical American French Dressing. It’s the Swiss version, known as Franzosische Salatsauce (or French Salad Sauce).
Created by founder Elsbeth Bollier in 1955, it is exquisite in salads as well as an accompaniment or inclusion to many of your classic recipes.
Some of our favorite uses:
- as a dip
- on your sandwich or wrap
- in pasta salad
- over baked vegetables
- as a marinade
- with stir-fry
- in guacamole
